We recently updated Fussy Vegan Pro for iOS (Version 10.57) to replace the support ticket system with our live chat support system. Previously the live chat feature was only available to VIP Access subscribers. Subscribers will still get priority live chat support.
Some of the benefits of the live chat feature include faster response times and push notifications for replies to chats. Users will no longer be required to provide a valid email address to lodge a support ticket.
The first time you open the chat feature, you will be required to provide a display name. The display name will be saved on your device until you delete the app. If you delete the app and reinstall the app, you will need to enter a display name again.
At this time, this feature is only available on iOS. We do not have any plans to include the live chat on the Android version at this time.
Fussy Vegan Pro is built and maintained independently for both iOS and Android. While we aim to keep feature parity where possible, certain functions are exclusive to iOS due to differences in platform capabilities, development frameworks, and ongoing maintenance costs.
Supporting the Android ecosystem requires additional work to ensure compatibility across thousands of devices, screen sizes, and manufacturer variations. As a result, some features may appear first (or remain exclusive) on iOS where the platform environment is more consistent and sustainable to maintain.
We continue to support Android users with extensive features and regular updates, but some features are prioritised for iOS to ensure the best overall app experience for the majority of our app users.
