If have purchased one of our apps on a previous device and you are using the same platform (iOS or Android) and the same app store account, you can easily re-download the app at no cost, as the app is tied to your app store account and not your device.
If your new device is on a different platform (changing from Android to iOS for example), then you will not be able to re-download the app on the new platform at no cost as neither Google nor Apple recognise purchases made on the others platforms. When you purchase any app on either the Apple App Store or Google Play, you are purchasing that version of the app only. Developers do not have the ability to transfer purchases across platforms for apps purchased from the relevant app store.
If you do purchase a new device on a different platform and you have previously purchased one of our apps, you are welcome to lodge a support ticket to see if we may be able to assist you, as we do have limited capacity to provide promotional codes to download the equivalent Fussy Vegan app on the other platform. Please ensure that you submit a screenshot or app store receipt to prove that you have previously purchased the app. Both Google and Apple restrict the number of promo codes that developers are able to generate, so we cannot make any guarantees that we can provide you with a promotional code but you are welcome to ask and if we have one available, we will of course assist you.
